From what I could tell, the multiplayer looks like a mix of UC 2, COD, Army of 2, and a bit of Assasin's Creed. Still looks damn awesome.

Doubtful, it has to go through Uncharted 3, Elder Scrolls 5, Twisted Metal, Duke Nukem (if it is good), L.A. Noire, Mass Effect 3, Resistance 3, Killzone 3, and many more.
