DTS Exporter for Blender

You said you could'nt get it working, not that you weren't able to download it.
Not being able to get something to work means you already have that thing but it does not work.

You click on the blue-glowing text "BlenderDTloveporter_097beta3. zip", then save the .zip to your desktop (or where ever you wish to place it).
To install it, extract the files then click on the "WindowsInstallScript.js", to automatically install it (for windows, that is).

If your computer is saying that, you have to get the administrator of the computer to install it.
Or try "Run as Administrator".
Otherwise, you're doing something wrong.
