Is My Hard Drive Failing?

I've been getting lots of disc consistency checks and it's annoying the forget out of me. After listening to someone's advice I went to the event viewer and found this. (Look at image)

Could my hard drive possible be failing?

Could be the HDD or a problem with the partition.

This has absolutely nothing to do with a virus, and rebooting it wouldn't cause it.

I think it might have something to do with me moving, deleting, and changing a lot of viruses at once.

Last night I was developing multiplayer for a game and I kept jacking my flash drive to slap the game onto my laptop to test.
