I've added the formatting to the login, register, upload, and brick addon create pages. As well as created actual pages for about.html and the blockland-downloads page, which I'll actually write in later.
Now I'm going to:

Either make it only display the rating box when you're logged in, or make it redirect automatically to the login page.
