So what's the point in saying it at all? It's a "no stuff" statement. HAY GUISE WE OPERATE THE SERVER BUT JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO SHUT IT DOWN BECAUSE WE'RE THE ONES THAT RUN IT.
