and by voices i mean light mics and a MUTE BUTTON but still with the chat kinda like Black Ops (Call Of Duty)

The version of Torque that Blockland has doesn't allow it, I think.
I believe that voice chat was added at some version, but if Badspot updated it would require a lot of work.
