I don't think you understand. His point was that a game that has the administrator controlling everything is a broken game. Blockland servers can still function without an admin save a few ones like Jail RPs.

And in all honesty, jail rps are really, really loving stupid. I don't think the people who host them completely understand what a jail is. In real life jail cells, the prison guards don't just loving shoot prisoners. And there's never a loving hole leading outside in any cell.
And why the hell is there always a revolver in close proximity to the prisoners? And how the forget do prisoners start out with butterfly knives?
