Part of my wanted system is that if you shoot a prisoner, it also does tests to see if the prisoner is holding an illegal weapon. I also have a system that allows the guards to search prisoners for illegal items, whith a varying success rate based on the guard's ability, the prisoner's ability, and the number of items the prisoner has.

Jail RP servers SUCK. Servers are NO FUN if the admin controls every loving thing that happens.
If no admin is on at a jail RP, the op shows what loving happens. Chaos is let loose, people find a way to have fun without their dictator making them have prison orgies etc. etc.
