From what I understand that website has been abandoned for a while, I tried to visit it the other day when Siba posted about BL cigarettes and it said the domain was available to register. Boltsters probably right.

And what if your minigun magically sprouts legs and shoots you to death? That is a sure reason why I am considered 'handicapped' by some people on that website
