I've seen this in-game. Very nice job! Although, the building itself seems pretty bland. I'm not suggesting more colors, no, I'm suggesting more texture! Lots of modern houses today generally contain exterior woodwork and tiling, which creates a modern refined feel while in the same sense practical and aligned. This is a good example of refined texture. This one is a great example of sleek woodwork. Also remember to keep concern of the greenery around your house, for it reflects greatly on the woodwork texture, and even the stone/tiling texture. Lighting can also help add a flare to your building when it seems to bland! Lighting and greenery are good examples of "ambiance". It enhances building quality without even affecting the actual building. But either way, very good job! Your housing skills are definitely improving! |

I just took a second look at the interior, I would suggest making it a little smoother. It would add to the whole sleek-stylish/modern look you got going on, and would appease the low raters. |
