Speaking of shrooms, eating a glowing mushroom should have a chance to give you a debuff that warps and distorts the screen called "Shroom'd"

and the nurse wanting to sleep with everyone is ok
and the arms dealer is a sketchy black guy is ok
and murdering someone is needed for the game to progress is ok

and the fact that you can bloodily kill bunnies, birds, etc. by lobbing off their heads is okay
