While trying to farm for a rod of discord, I got 2 hallowed key molds and then later during a pirate invasion I got a frozen key mold. If only I didn't already have every weapon from the dungeon chests

Alien costume is from goodie bags which are rare-ish drops from mobs. You activate the Pumpkin Moon by crafting 30 pumpkin, 5 ectoplasm, and 10 hallowed bars together at a mythril or orichalcum anvil.
