from the hamachi site:

In other words, a network can contain 1 owner, up to 16 basic members and up to 256 premium members.

tl;dr find 16 dedicated players to join the network
or you can kick anyone who is offline, so only players currently on a server can be in the hamachi.
on a lighter note, I finally found my cobalt breastplate :D
one more and I'll have found 2 full sets..
