That's exactly what I mean.
I think you're missing that the best way to gain an accurate opinion of something is to display it to the public. The public is almost never biased. Anyway, your clan members may say it's good just because it's made by their clan leader.

This is going to be the NCR's Observation tower/Archive (A fancy name for library). It's only 15-20% done and this is just the 1st floor/lobby. It'll have an elevator, an observation deck, a library area, and 3 executive suites for the desk jobs some of my weird members ordered. :\ But yeah, that's it
