Ski Resort
Frostbyte:
I like the idea but I don't know how well building a ski track is going to work out. I'd say make a custom map then build on it.

either you've never skiied, or you are extraordinarily bad at models.

Thanks for suggesting on improving it, It's only the back of the ski-lift which looks bad.

So far there hasn't been a good Ski Resort. But this has some potential.

Cube foundations don't exactly look right to me. The flat area at the top is considerably small, and building on it gives you the feeling like it's gonna fall over the side of the mountain.
As for ski lifts, lifts usually go up the slope, instead of just existing on a small piece of land. I've noticed that a considerable amount of the terrain on The Slopes consists of cliffs.
--- Quote ---Used over and over, but how will you build your 100k+ brick mountain that probably won't have smooth ramps?

I've never seen a perfectly smooth ski run. Also, it's boring when you're just sliding down a perfect 18o slope for five minutes.

Building something out of bricks looks more impressive than if I asked someone to make the terrain for me.

Sounds like you've planned it out. Good luck, and I hope to see this complete!
