Unless you mean to use the Slopes map. In that case, go back and read the OP thoroughly.

Building the terrain for a ski slope is a bad idea seeing as it's bricks and you can't ski upwards.

either you've never skiied, or you are extraordinarily bad at models.

What?  Your print is too small!

Yeah, this is a better idea unless you're going to create a giant mountain with tons of bricks or keep the area "resort-only" w/o actual skiing
@ "Why not slopes",

1. It's hard to find a decent place to build a decent lodge with decent accomadation.
2. As it gets used over and over and over you get bored of skiing down the same slope.
3. No space for ski lifts! We're always heliskiing now!

--- End quote ---
I don't get what you mean "No space for ski lifts", "No decent place for basic lodge". There are rather smooth areas in the map at the top and you can use small cube foundations for the parts that are less flat.
Used over and over, but how will you build your 100k+ brick mountain that probably won't have smooth ramps?

Maybe if you don't like slopes, you could try consulting someone for or constructing your own slopes variant that will fit your needs.
