Thanks for all the links, but I don't need to learn how to use Blender. I have a specific problem that I am on a mission to solve.

You won't find any. You're going to have to use Blender, Milkshape, or 3ds Max as a medium for exporting into blockland. If you want I can send you a sample file to see if you can get it working. I will set up all the rigs and stuff for you.
