Will this run Rift at minimum settings?

Your GPU has a very small chance of playing it anywhere near decent, however your CPU is absolutely outdated and won't be able to run Rift because it isn't a dual core.

I have a single core and great GPU on a desktop. It runs it great on there though.

Are you sure about that single core?

The minimum says "dual core" as in the minimum this game needs is a dual core.
