What you fail to realize is most rules are unwritten. This is not only displayed on this forum but it is also displayed in everyday life. For example, no law specifically states that I can't walk over to my neighbor's car, pop a squat, and take a stuff on the windshield of their car. Yet if I did that, I would still be arrested.
A rule can't be written for every stupid offense the members of this forum can potentially commit. Some rules are made purely on common sense.
Iban:
Defecating in Public and Vandalization are crimes on the books.
However, forums operate by a common sense structure over detailing everything that can possibly go wrong.
