Yes. Go to your Blockland v19 | base | client | ui There you will find all of your windows and all other ui images that you can edit to your liking. Enjoy :)

I know that, My computer is to out of date to handle most editing software involving layers and such things. I was wondering if there was a place that I could download custom skins.

Just go to the search option on the Forums and look up, "UI." You should find plenty of random UI replacements.
