I really hope in Half-Life 2 Episode 3 when you're on the Borealis at some point you have to fight Mantis Men.

Well, the Mantis Men experiment was within the facility. Unless that fight was the cause of the teleportation accident, I doubt they'd be on the ship.

Or perhaps a few mantis men were teleported with the ship, and with it's being lost and abandoned, they started to reproduce.

Do you think the teleportation accident and the mantis men happened around the same time? The facilities timeline is about even with the distance to the surface, and the ship was much higher up.
