not to big a deal but bothers me.

i like to play with the CTRL+N latency thing up.

well when its open, you cant use mouse scroll to flip through your brick palate.
might or might not be a bug

It's a popup GUI so it "takes over" the mouse and disables all controls which use the mouse - otherwise you'd be looking and shooting everywhere while using the Admin menu.com

It's a bug.  Metrics(fps); does the same thing.  I haven't really looked into it since it's not a high priority.
