Survival: A new type of TDM

Survival is a simple and fun idea I came up with while playing some bland DMs. The object of the game is to murder everyone and splatter them in to a gooey brick paste or avoid the killers until time runs out.
Teams:
Killers
Survivors
The Killers only have one weapon and are invincible making them only able to run away from. They use a sword and are supposed to chase down every survivor in the premises then slaughter them to win.
The Survivors can only do 1 thing: RUN THE forget AWAY! Yeah, they can't attack! and to make it worse they take only 1 hit to kill! their only means to win is to run from the Killers and avoid being slaughtered for 3 minutes to win.
Heres a picture of the Arena, now I know it's a 2 minute building but It's the game that counts.
Please tell me what you think of this idea and I will host it when i can.

Make it so the survivors are faster than the killers and you have yourself an awesome idea
