Best version of Wine for hosting BL servers?

well, I have Fedora right now, OpenSUSE is also okay but I actually known the former package manager (family member), and Debian is meh.
I'll try using Fedora for now, if not I'll reinstall windows, even though I'd love to use Linux.

What part of "WINE Is Not an Emulator" is it that you can't understand?
WINE isn't an emulator, it's a reimplementation of the Win32 API.

This I know. I tried using Unix as my default OS, which will never happen again.

Blockland was most likley tested and optimized for the real Windows API. Wine's implementation is probably no where near as stable as the real API.
