HikerBob:
Disregarding the brick shelf factor, if you could add a few more buildings in or be able to manage to fit an interior, you'd boost your chances
man of smart:
The roof is a bit empty. Maybe add a stairwell or heating/AC?

In between each window layer, add the same color as the bottom to the brick in a striped fashion but dont color the vertical bricks jutting out of the build.  This will cause the build to look lighter in weight.  recolor the back to thes same color as the front and do the thing i suggested on the back.  Add the light tan color to the sides making a corner stone appearance running the edge.

Add interior as everyone had said.

Add a roof entrance/exit like you see in movies and stuff.  Add those reception grids taht you see on those buildings on top.

Street lights? maybe?  Perhaps even a small street?

Add floors absolutely!
Custard:
If you built this yourself, I would give you a "yes". However, you didn't. Therefor, you showed absolutely none of your true skill at all.

It may take effort to completely copy a building, but actually being creative and designing your own is the best you can do in a game like this, or anywhere for that matter.

Great architects did not copy the work of their ancestors. No! They studied their work, and created their own canvases of wonderful color and dynamics.

I want to see that out of you.
