Quite funny, since you didn't read the OP who realized this was in error.

The only error he made was the ban log. It doesn't excuse you from being a prudish starfish to your own clientele.

I don't know how many times I have to say this for it to sink it, but Kalphiter is a bad person. By extension, anyone who gives him money is a bad person or just completely oblivious.

You're seriously better off putting that money into a better internet connection and hosting it yourself. The dude rents his servers in Germany under the delusion that foreign servers are cheaper and better. Even on the very generous assumption that he's correct, unless you're in Europe the ping is going to be atrocious for players in the United States, which is the majority of them. You're not getting a good deal, and I don't know why you'd willingly subjugate yourself to Kalphiter's bullstuff. I wouldn't use his servers if he paid me.

but once you take money from people, the rules change. you dont have the right to pull weight around the community as the super host-god kalp is clearly acting toward his clients.
