I usually ping in at ~190 which is awful. He did say he was going to move the server eventually, though, so that's cool. |

i thought kalph was just renting himself. and giving you all cuts of the bandwidth and server. "just move it" would mean him canceling the service, and starting a new deal with a new server elsewhere. i dont see him going through the trouble now that hes got a dozen of you on his billing cycle. |

He did post that he was going to in the topic. Plus, I think he lives in the US so he might benefit from it as well, an added incentive. |

Simple solution for now, Kal should set up something along the lines of an EULA, preferably one people will actually read. That way he's more or less legally binded to not be a richard. |
