Author Topic: Monitor doesn't want to work :C  (Read 260 times)

So, my computer turns on perfectly fine (I think) and the monitor says it doesn't have  a connection or something. It's connected fine, but I have no idea which one it is. It either shows the boot-up part then stops connecting when it loads Windows XP, it'll load everything, flash back and forth then get black, or not work at all. What do?

~Posted from my other computer that sucks too bad to play games. :c

Have you tried restarting your computer by forcing it to shutdown and then turning it back on?

The reason I ask this is because that's what I always do when the computer monitors at my school don't feel like working properly.

Yes, I've tried it multiple times, and also cleaning it out.

Buy or use another monitor-to-PC cable
Pull out the power cable and put it in again
Try moving the mouse around
Try the monitor you're using right now for the better computer

That's all I can think of.
