No, it is a ratio. His Upload and PING are lower than Male's, but his Download is really high.

One problem. I got the highest comcast upgrade for internet and it doesn't even go that fast. He obviously bought expensive equipment to support that.

I get about 10mbps download and 4mbps upload.

I am satisfied.  :D

okay no no no no no, that result is from like, what, over half a year ago? it was because speedtest.net was glitching like all loving stuff and made it look like I have godly Internet speeds. this one is from two minutes ago:

They do but only for incredibly large corporations, they can't even be affordable for consumers.
