It's not an accusation, it's an assumption. Before you try to sound intelligent, make sure you get your semantics straight.
I said attempted phishing, sure if he actually stole something from you, you could get the police involved. But you really can't prove attempted phishing in a case like this. You're grasping at straws here, while there is maybe enough evidence to get VALVe to investigate it and maybe get him banned from Steam, you're not going to have the FBI Cybercrime unit busting down down his door; there's simply not enough evidence here.
