Mr. Pot is pressing charges against Mr. Kettle for being black, as in Mr. Pot doesn't like Mr. Kettle for being black even though he himself is black; it is consistent with the original idiom denoting an individual criticizing someone else for the same thing they themselves are at fault for.

I can't help but laugh at those last three. It's like he does something handicapped, gets banned for a week, and then gets re-banned less than a week after gets back.
If the pattern continues, he'll be gone again in the next couple days.
