One week later (may 3) get back.
Two days (may 5) later get banned again.
Get back on the 12th.
Get banned again only five days later on the 17th.

I can't help but laugh at those last three. It's like he does something handicapped, gets banned for a week, and then gets re-banned less than a week after gets back.
If the pattern continues, he'll be gone again in the next couple days.
