You won't switch to chrome because people praise it and argue over which browser is better?
eh

Switching browsers worked for me, however there is this tab in the bottom-right corner that can make the reply box bigger.

Where is the tab? I don't see it anywhere in the window.

IE8 isn't really what I'd recommend as a default browser.

Firefox, Chrome, even Opera would be much better.

If you're really that adamant about not switching, though, is there something on the browser settings that could lead to this happening?

That is one of the things I am wondering about.

I have a tab! :D

Jesus christ what happened to my screen capture! :O

I see a triangular thing in the corner of your message window, as Jubel mentioned. I do not seem to have one. I'll check in Internet Options for something like that... I already did check in IO, but I wasn't sure what to look for at the time.

I still don't understand why you don't want a better internet browser. You argument so far is because people like it.

OP is probably a hipster.
It won't kill you to at least try Firefox or Chrome, so why aren't you taking anyone's advice?

I can't even use internet explorer. Last year I installed Firefox to my flash drive just so I could use it in my 3D class. I use chrome now though.

I would use Chrome if it wasn't for the fact that Chrome seems to spaz out whenever I use it.

I've had this problem with IE too, use Firefox.

I have determined that this issue is not broswer related, and have changed OP and topic title.

No it is browser based. I've only experienced this on IE8.
