It's not up, it's just updating the PS3 software to let you change your password and nothing else.
EDIT: I reread, apparently it's not even letting you do that yet.

Hey, if the hackers were doctors who helped Cholera patients back to health and saved dozens of lives, or some other notewrothy deed, I might let it slide. But I highly doubt that they were/are anything but lowlife punks.

So what is a few dozen lives saved when 70 million lives are at risk of an identity theft crCIA which could wind them up in the gutter in some cases, then they would probably freeze to death out in the cold as they are now loving hobos that live in a cardboard house.

In other words, they broke the loving law they go to jail no matter what. The max time in jail for hacking a company is about 10 years. Stealing people's identity would add another 30 years.
