Ikourn or something and darkeh

Ikourn (might have spelled name wrong) and darkeh on quality town v3 they started shooting me with rocket launchers and whenever I respawn they start doing it again YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW ANNOYING THAT IS sorry for caps but im really annoyed.
