I don't play TF2 (I installed it but I don't like it too much) so could someone explain the Ullapool Caber to me?

It's a grenade, you hold it, whack em with it, killing them indtantly and launching you in the air; it's a melée weapon.

The weapon is a Stick Grenade used as a melee replacement. The first hit detonates it, quite literally blowing your face off as well as flinging you upwards. When combined with a shield (for the extra critical boost from charging) it's outright painful.
