Oooh ooh.
My dad and I used to set up the two teams of Army men (tan and green) in our sandbox. Then we would bury those firecracker things in the sand with the wick sticking out. Then they would blow each other up! :D One actually caught on fire. He melted. :C

I would melt the army men then use it like bombs to bomb the others

army men on the fourth of july is the best thing

I used to play Army Men II by 3DO, like a real loving man.
Too damn bad our copy of it doesn't work, and 3DO is BANKRUPT.

2 people + fireworks + tan and green army men.

I still have that game, I remember the random name generator didn't have many names to choose from, so I'd be leading a platoon with three Private Alex and 5 Lt. Alex.

yeah, i don't remember that all that much
but while it worked, I had made it so I had a stuffforget of plastic, and the enemy had zero, so then I'd make a stuffload of army men, then use a lot of paratroopers.

my bros and i would play a sort of tabletop game in our bedroom.

like, you would roll die and measure distances between soldier to see if they got shot.
it was turn based, and you could roll a die for a sniper to 1-hit a vehicle by hitting the fuel thing on the vehicle

stuff was fun
We made explosion noises and threw them everywhere...

I always made the green ones win...
