-1/10 and lower - absolute zero, you are a dunce, good day to you kind sir.
0/10 - Newborn rolling on a keyboard
1/10 - Spews unintelligible blather.
2/10 - Spews ignorant blather.
3/10 - Horrid linguistic understanding, but at least they know what they mean.
4/10 - Horrid linguistic understanding, you can sometimes make out what they mean.
5/10 - Not up-to-par grammar, but it isn't really a problem because you understand it all.
6/10 - Average user. Some misspellings and mistakes, but who cares?
7/10 - Above average, doesn't make as many mistakes and has a larger vocabulary.
8/10 - Above average, rare mistakes, pretty good vocabulary.
9/10 - Almost mastered basic and advanced skills in their language.
10/10 - good job fine sir
