What's the default refresh rate for windowed mode?

If you have a LCD monitor, then refresh rate does not matter.

If you have an old school CRT monitor, then I think it uses 60hz

Refresh rate doesn't count when the games in windowed mode.

I have an LCD monitor but the refresh rate in fullscreen seems higher than in windowed mode.
