Badspots Block Party come baaaack

It was a long-lasted Block Party.
Although that was one of the worst builds I have ever seen on his server... hopefully next time better builders will begin building near the center.

What exactly do you do there? Build stuff on the terrain? Is Badspot the only one to host a Block Party?
