Shinedown is a guy, and he's saying his "girlfriend" is insecure about her breasts.
More than likely this is a picture his sister took for her boyfriend, or a picture her boyfriend took of her, and Shinedown got his hands on it somehow.

If you can look at him and say that girl is of the same bloodline you have serious brown townytical problems.
It's much more likely it's some random girl on the Internet whose boyfriend got angry and posted her 'gifts' for the world to see.
