my ideas with the mindset of cheese20
( spy - psuedocyanide
cloak type - corpse dropper (leaves a corpse, however when bumped into will show outline)
( +100% recharge rate
( +80% charge consumption rate
( scout - coffee
( when used, will lower ambient and voice command sounds, and raises other sounds such as spy decloaking, sentry beeping, and boosts speed by 10%
( the effect lasts 10 seconds and then has to recharge for about 30 seconds in order to be used again.
