[x] Medic - QR Code, "Goggles"
[x] Sniper - MIDI, morse code for "Unicorn"
[/] Spy - Keepass database, password unknown, likely the last piece of the puzzle

Each of these words has a hidden meaning, the combination of which will likely open the Spy file
