It's amazing to be single honestly lol, I've been single since April.

Also, I think you're taking the whole "girlfriend" thing in the wrong way. It's not something where you just have to see that person and make sure who you talk to.

You're supposed to like them enough to the point where you love to always spend time with that person, make sure they're happy and vice versa, have fun, and yes, some girls do get jealous. Guys do too though...
