Try pushing it to your fork and I'll take a look at it.

Meh, I couldn't be bothered to properly study the LaTeX syntax for the other equations. I added some new things to my fork.

EDIT: Also, csharp highlighting doesn't seem to be working for multi-line code blocks.

When was the last time you merged back into your fork?
Besides, gave you push access to the "canon" repo.

AFAIK, just pulling from the main repository should automatically merge it, if that's what you meant.
