I seriously don't understand the problem with Iban, convincing yourself that you're the best and being reasonably able to back it up is a method of getting far in real life.
Arrogance is a method of survival, but it's easy to ignore which is why a fair amount of people don't dislike Iban.
I personally think he's a pretty cool guy and, I would like to think, we get along pretty well on the odd occasion where I talk to him in Blockland
