Blender 2.5 DTS exporter not installing correctly

Except animations are something I have yet to fully understand, I'm getting there.

Well, the best response I could think of to that could probably not be worded any better than

EDIT: Plus, since I've already got the animations done, I can't just put it into 2.49 and export. I guess the only thing I can do is wait.
