To be honest, fraps is disgusting. Huge file sizes, bad recording quality, and takes up a lot of processing power. I don't see why badspot removed the replay recorder and exporter.
I'd go with PlayClaw.

Seriously? The quality is the same as what you play in, unless you are recording in half size. The file are large because the quality is good....
