Airport - finally OP update!

I will gladly help, I've been wanting to build an airport (and have started a couple) for awhile now (planes too).
One thing that REALLY bugs me, is when people don't (correctly) number their runways...Although you didn't at all...but you don't have too...If you...don't want........
