Only through some really complicated procedures, if you didn't back it up.

If you're using RTB: Just select it in the colorset menu.
If you're not: Just delete colorset.txt, and restart the game. It should restore.

Wow, why do you need soo much colorsets?
EDIT: From your admin password is 8 characters, I am going to take a wild guess the admin password is password, correct?
